My CS2 does not open these files. You have them in any “younger” versions?

Hi, thank you for sharing these Indesign templates. Can you please tell me how I arrange the margins/gutter on the pages of the book. Example…on the right facing page there is more of a space in the gutter than the left sided page of a book due to the binding. Can I arrange this automatically for every page throughout the book. Thanks again.

    Hi Josh,

The InDesign templates that you can download from this web page have a inside margin of .75” which is perfect for books from 114 to 350 pages.
You are right “on the right facing page there is more of a space” this space is need for the book binding you have instructions in the pdf that comes with the theme.
Yes you can arrange them automatically, select or pages -> Layout -> Margins and Columns -> Margins
Look at the ReadMe.pdf that comes with each template.

I am using InDesignCS2 and got the message that plugins are missing. Then I saw that you had to have CS3 to open it. Can you supply it in a version that can be opened with CS2? I am looking at a 8.5″ x 8.5″
    Thank you very much.

Thanks for the 8×10 template. I need a few things and am not sure how to do them:
    1. Chapter start page with no header
2 & 3. Left page with header that’s different from right page with header
    4. Blank page as filler so chapters start on right page (i.e., no header)
    5. Chapter sections so if anything changes, the entire document doesn’t change, only what’s in that chapter.

Can you explain how to do these? I think I need master pages for these.

The template isn’t working for me. I keep getting a message that says that the document uses one or more plug in that are not currently available on my system. How do I upgrade my plug ins to the latest version?
